Text messages
How customers opt in. Customers start the conversation by texting a business that uses ItGo.ai, or by entering their phone number on a booking form and checking a box agreeing to receive appointment texts.
What we send. Replies to your questions, a text back if you call and we miss it, appointment confirmations and reminders, a request for a review after your appointment, and an occasional note when it may be time for your next detail. We do not send marketing to people who haven't contacted the business.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your conversation and appointments. Message and data rates may apply.
